About Axenqora

Collective financing applied to the Argentine real estate sector offers a different way to engage with property: instead of requiring a large initial capital, it allows several people to contribute partial amounts and support residential works, building refurbishments, neighbourhood improvements and new housing projects.
The entire process happens inside a digital environment. Each user reviews the published initiatives, compares timelines and conditions, and independently decides how much to allocate. Contributions are pooled and assigned to a specific development; once the informed terms are met, the results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contributions.
In the Argentine context, with sustained housing demand, urban growth and attention placed on property values, this model has gained visibility as an alternative form of participation. Real estate is no longer perceived as an area reserved exclusively for large developers, institutional funds or high net worth investors.
The range of projects is broad: apartment towers, housing complexes, upgrades of existing buildings, urbanisation works and initiatives of different scales. This variety allows participation to be adapted to very different profiles, budgets and time horizons.
Methodology

The flow is straightforward: you enter the platform, review the available opportunities, choose the one that matches your criteria and confirm your amount. From the same dashboard you follow the progress of the works, see how the funds are used, review estimated timelines and access the participation conditions.
When the development completes its cycle or reaches the anticipated objectives, the corresponding result is distributed according to your contribution. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative funding and a simpler access to the property market.
More than a passing trend, this model reflects a renewed way of engaging with the sector in Argentina. Its main contribution is to open the door to projects that for years remained out of reach for individual participants.
We work so that every stage is clear, verifiable and easy to follow. At any moment you can review how your contribution is being applied, at which stage the works are and under which rules you are participating. Every participation involves risks and results depend on the evolution of each project.
Taking part also means supporting initiatives that renew neighbourhoods, strengthen urban infrastructure and generate new spaces to live in. It is a way of seeking returns while contributing to the development of cities.
We built this space so that engaging with Argentine real estate becomes more understandable, more transparent and more participatory. Our goal is to provide clear information about the local property market and tools that help you decide on your own criteria.
Participant journey
Each published development includes documentation, schedule, use of funds, jurisdiction and participation conditions. You can compare timelines and projects before deciding.
You choose the amount you want to allocate to the selected initiative. All participants' contributions are pooled and assigned to that specific work.
From your dashboard you access construction progress, milestones reached, intermediate reports and frequent questions. Information is updated as the works evolve.
When the project closes its cycle or reaches the anticipated objectives, the result is distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution, according to the informed conditions.
