At Axenqora S.A.S. we respect the privacy of the people who visit axenqora.com. This Policy describes which data we collect, for what purpose and how the rights foreseen by Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data are exercised.
1. Data controller
Axenqora S.A.S., CUIT 30-71782934-6, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, is the controller of the personal data collected through axenqora.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data that users voluntarily provide when completing the subscription form (name and email address) and technical data generated by navigation (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and date and time of access).
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data are used to send informative communications about new initiatives published on the platform, updates on the Argentine real estate market, technical maintenance of the site, preparation of aggregated statistics and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent of the data subject, given at the moment of completing the subscription form, as well as on the legitimate interest of the controller to ensure the proper operation of the site.
5. Retention period
Data are kept for as long as the relationship with the subscriber lasts and, thereafter, during the applicable legal periods. Upon a request for cancellation, data are immediately removed from commercial communications.
6. Recipients and transfers

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed and to prevent unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
9. Amendments
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or site changes. The current version will always be available at this same address, with its last update date.
